In-Person Consultation
Next step is an In-Person consultation where we meet you in person at the prospective site. This meeting is typically about 90 minutes long and it’s our opportunity to get to meet and understand your aspirations and needs for your home
Preliminary Design proposal & Renovation/Build and contract
The Design Proposal breaks down the Scope of Work for your project, contains suggestions of the overall project direction, inspiration and estimated costs. The Preliminary Design & Renovation/Build Contract is you officially retaining us for the work.

We start off with a discovery call which is free. If all goes well, we proceed with an in person consultation which is $350 + HST. This consultation includes myself, and my designer, Simone Smith.

Typically a whole 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2000 sqft home renovation can last anywhere from 10-14 months. We do a lot of pre-planning so that we only need you out of your home for the bare minimum amount of time.
Every project is unique and timelines vary drastically based off of the scope of work.
